Description

The salted paper technique is a printing process from the 1800s. Salt prints are made by coating paper with a salt solution followed by a silver nitrate solution. Then expose, wash, fix, wash, and dry.

The outcome of this process is really interesting! I think what I like about it is that is looks nostalgic, and the tones work really nicely with the subject.

As for the photo itself, the composition is really nice, and the detail that's come through with this process is quite good, too. :) Nice work.
